These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of SHVDOW (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and any customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) regarding the sale and delivery of products and services offered on the website shvdow.com.

By placing an order on our website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

SHVDOW designs, manufactures, and sells high-quality apparel inspired by Japanese aesthetics and urban culture.
Each product is created with care to ensure comfort, durability, and style.

3. Acceptance of Terms

The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms prior to confirming their order.
Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

SHVDOW reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the order.

4. Products and Services

All products offered by SHVDOW are physical goods.
They are described and presented as accurately as possible on the website.

Each product:

  • is subject to quality control before shipping,

  • may have minor variations in color or texture due to photographic lighting, which do not affect its quality or authenticity,

  • is shipped from our European fulfillment center.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed directly through the official website shvdow.com using the secure payment system provided.

Full payment is required at checkout.
No order will be processed until the payment has been successfully received.

All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

  • Delivery within France: same-day dispatch at 8 PM.

  • International deliveries (Europe and beyond): same-day dispatch based on local time.

  • In the event of high order volumes, shipping may take up to 2 business days.

SHVDOW cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

This policy does not apply to products that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.

8. Refund Policy

If the product received is defective or does not match the description, the Customer must contact SHVDOW within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, SHVDOW agrees to:

  • correct the issue at no additional cost, or

  • offer a replacement or full refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

9. Liability

SHVDOW shall not be held liable for:

  • damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling of the product,

  • loss or theft after delivery confirmation,

  • indirect losses such as loss of revenue or data resulting from use of the product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content displayed on the SHVDOW website are the exclusive property of SHVDOW and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Customer is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal purposes only.
Any reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written authorization from SHVDOW is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

All personal and payment information provided by the Customer is confidential and will only be used for order processing.

SHVDOW undertakes never to share, sell, or disclose such data to third parties, except as required by law or payment processing.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
