At SHVDOW, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations in both design and comfort.
Each product is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the best possible experience.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made more than 15 days after the delivery date.

  • The product was purchased during a clearance or promotional sale, unless it arrived defective.


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on where and how to send your item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by SHVDOW.

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
